To purchase vehicles at the Greater Tyler Auto Auction, you must be a licensed motor vehicle dealer and make application. The application can be found here: Dealer Application.pdf

Once the application is completed, it can be faxed to us at (903) 597-3848 or brought to the auction. 

Please be advised that due to time constraints, we cannot guarantee that we can process or approve applications after 3:00PM on sale day!

Public Auctions for the Tyler Police Department / Smith County Sheriff's Office are held approximately twice a year. These will be announced in the Tyler Morning Telegraph in the legal notices section. The next Public Auction for the Tyler Police Department / Smith County Sheriff's Office has not been announced at this time.
