Royce Williams (Owner) - Royce has owned the Greater Tyler Auto Auction since it opened in 2001. In addition, he also owns a ranch and a car lot in Lufkin. Royce spends his free time with his family and grandchildren. He can often be found out on the lanes during the auction, helping on the block, and assisting with the sale.
Wayne Cook (Owner) - Wayne has owned the Greater Tyler Auto Auction since it opened in 2001.  Wayne and his wife Sandy also own and operate the Lufkin Dealer's Auto Auction and a dealership in Lufkin. Wayne works one-on-one with his clients and provides them with everything they need to facilitate their sales and purchases. In his free time, Wayne enjoys spending time with his family, and working on his farm.
Sandy Cook (Owner) - Sandy helps in the office at both the Greater Tyler Auto Auction and the Lufkin Dealer's Auto Auction. She handles all of the accounting and financial dealings of the auction. Her knowledge of computers comes in handy when technology decides to be uncooperative. Also, she handles the payroll for both companies. Sandy enjoys relaxing at her home, genealogy, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Kevin Holland (Sales Rep) - Kevin has been in the automobile industry for over 26 years. He has worked in the auction business over 5 years. Taking care of each and every customer is his number one priority. He prides himself on giving the best service possible. Our auction is all about the consignment customers. Kevin provides personal and professional experience. You can expect the best when doing business with Kevin and the Greater Tyler Auto Auction.
Sandie Middleton (Office Manager) - Sandie has been with the Greater Tyler Auto Auction since 2005. She has a hand in everything and anything the office handles. Now with a staff to assist her, Sandie oversees many of the day-to-day tasks of the office. She also processes new employee applications. If there's a question and one of the other girls can't answer it, Sandie can find the answer. Sandie enjoys riding four wheelers and raising her two boys.
Jerrell (Lot Supervisor) - Jerrell came to the Greater Tyler Auto Auction in 2007. He coordinates the placement of vehicles into the sale and ensures that the cars physically go through the auction.  Jerrell makes sure that cars are called in, mileage and VIN numbers are correct, and that everything is ready for sale night. He assists Keely with the repo units by coordinating storage and run dates and completing the condition reports. He also assists with wrecker duties. Jerrell enjoys working with horses and spending time with his children.
Keely (Repossessions) - Keely has been with Greater Tyler Auto Auction since 2010. She handles transport of repossessed units, pre-sale readiness, and repossessed unit titles. If it's a repossessed unit, Keely handles it. She also works to clear the on-call repossessed units after the sale. She works hard to ensure that remarketing companies get the most out of their units. Keely attends college and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Gayle (Customer Service) - Gayle came to the Greater Tyler Auto Auction in January 2005 after retiring from a career in the schools for over 26 years. Her entire professional career has been in various forms of customer service. Gayle enjoys meeting new people and helping dealers with their transactions. In her free time, Gayle enjoys traveling and visiting family. 
Dahlia (Customer Service) - Dahlia has been working at Greater Tyler Auto Auction since 2007. One of her most valuable contributions is that she is bilingual in Spanish and English. She works almost exclusively with the Spanish-speaking dealers, including translation assistance. Dahlia has experience with a wide variety of customers and says she most enjoys her co-workers and the variety of her job.

Susan (Finance) - Susan joined the Greater Tyler Auto Auction in 2008. Susan handles all of the finance companies, flooring, and Express and Prime-Time numbers. If you have a question about flooring your vehicles with AFC, ACE, DSC, MAFS, AutoUse or CarBucks, Susan has the answers! In her free time, Susan likes spending time with her family.
Meet the people of the Greater Tyler Auto Auction!
Rick (Lot) - Rick has been with the Greater Tyler Auto Auction for years. He calls in the vehicles, does pull out requests, and moves the lot around. Rick also helps to manage the repossessed vehicles on the lot. Condition reports done by Rick are always detailed and complete. Count on Rick to help you with the finer points of buying and selling your vehicles.
Shirley (Office) - Shirley deposits the drafts and picks up the drafts from the bank. Shirley works for both Tyler and Lufkin auctions. She helps to process titles. Shirley also helps pick many of the seasonal decorations for the Tyler auction.
Helen (Kitchen) - Helen keeps you well-fed on auction night! She creates menus, sale-night specials and buys and cooks all the food with the assistance of her team. Helen also cooks for the bosses. She enjoys the variety of the menus she gets to prepare and always enjoys trying a new recipe. She nvites you to come hungry on sale night and try the Special.
Mike (Wrecker) - Mike operates the silver wrecker and the two and three-car haulers. He is indispensable in assisting with transport and pick-ups of units for sale, as well as delivery of units that have been purchased. Mike works to keep the yard tidy and assists Terry with anything he might need. Mike enjoys working to help others and the variety of his job. 
Jerry (Lot/Transport) - Jerry coordinates the pick-up and delivery of all non-repossessed units. He makes sure units are picked up and delivered to dealers. In addition, Jerry runs errands for the office, delivers titles and checks, brings titles to the auctions and retrieves necessary items. He can always be counted on to get the job done with a smile on his face.
Terry (Wrecker) - Terry has been with the Greater Tyler Auto Auction since it opened in 2001. He operates the rollback wrecker and does a majority of the transport and pick-ups of the inoperative vehicles. In addition, he transports vehicles to the sale for various Repo companies and moves the inoperative vehicles in and out of the sale. Terry can get any car out of anywhere! 
Patty (Title Clerk) - Patty joined the Greater Tyler Auto Auction in 2010. She processes all of the titles and cuts checks for titles. She also handles title updates and any title questions that you may have. She does the new car sale reports after the sale. Patty enjoys singing and spending time with her friends and family.
Darren (Wrecker) - Darren is the newest addition to our wrecker driver team. He assists Mike and Terry with transport and pick-ups of units for sale, as well as delivery of units that have been purchased. Also, Darren helps the guys at the gate take in and release vehicles.
Natalie Elmore (PR / Sales) - Natalie joined the Greater Tyler Auto Auction in 2011. She has been in the auto industry since 1999. She focuses on new car store dealers and consignment dealers. You will also find her out on the block repping cars on sale night. Taking care of each and every customer is her number one priority. She makes sure to go the extra mile when it comes to customers. She is personable and professional. You can expect the best when doing business with Natalie.
